Founded in 1996 by three Latham & Watkins partners, the GGU team is proud to celebrate its 25th anniversary as a successful Chicago-based boutique law firm providing comprehensive legal counsel and advice to corporations, closely held businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in matters of litigation, real estate, finance, and corporate law.

Controversy Group

The GoodSmith Gregg & Unruh Controversy Group has broad experience representing and advising clients across a wide range of general commercial litigation matters in state and federal court.
