Jonathan Baker is a litigation attorney with broad experience in complex commercial litigation, compliance and investigations. His practice has included antitrust litigation, contract disputes, intellectual property, government investigations, SEC and DOJ compliance, and a wide range of pro bono experience.
Before joining GGU, Jonathan was a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City. He also clerked for the Honorable Milton I. Shadur in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Jonathan received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan law school in 2015. He was a Note Editor for the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Jonathan received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from American University in 2011.
