Kenneth D. Crews

Kenneth D. Crews is a 1988 summa cum laude graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. He received his law degree, with high honors, from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a member of the law review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Ken has practiced in a wide range of transactional areas, including commercial real estate matters, acquisition and disposition of businesses, joint ventures and secured and unsecured financing. He was a partner at Latham & Watkins from 2001 through August 2002 and served as co-chair of the Chicago office's Finance and Real Estate Department for the same period.
