Marilee C. Unruh is a 1978 graduate of Stanford University. She received her law degree in 1981 from the UCLA School of Law, where she was Chief Articles Editor for the UCLA Law Review. Upon her graduation from UCLA, Marilee clerked for John M. Ferren of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Marilee is a member of the California and Illinois bars. She has broad corporate experience in mergers and acquisitions and employment, manufacturing, distribution, supply and services agreements. Marilee has published articles on mergers and acquisitions with BNA and PLI. She has also published a law review article and given many speeches on adoption issues (especially issues relating to her experience as an adult adoptee and transracial adoptive parent).
