Miranda Wargo is a litigation attorney with broad experience in complex commercial litigation. Her practice includes disputes involving contracts, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, product liability, eminent domain, and land use/construction projects. She has been recognized for her commitment to pro bono matters, receiving the National Immigrant Justice Center’s Rising Star Award in 2018.
Miranda joined GGU from Seyfarth Shaw LLP where she was a litigation associate. She also served as a law clerk at the United Nations, International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), at the Hague. Miranda received her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 2016. She is a 2012 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she received a bachelor’s degree with highest honors in Psychology, English and German. She is a native English and German speaker.
