Daniel Epstein has represented clients in a wide variety of high-stakes controversies. Daniel’s practice includes appeals, civil rights, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation related to antitrust, business torts, contracts, employment, intellectual property, professional responsibility, and securities. Before joining GGU, Daniel practiced at Jenner & Block LLP, where he won the firm’s prestigious Albert E. Jenner Pro Bono Award. Daniel has been published in numerous outlets, and has appeared on television and radio to discuss legal procedure and reform. He received his law degree from The University of Chicago in 2015, where he was the Edward W. Hinton Moot Court Champion and received the Thomas R. Mulroy Prize for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy and Oral Argument. He received his B.A. in economics and political science from Washington University in St. Louis in 2007.  In his prior professional life, Daniel worked in government relations and education policy.
