David D. Gregg is a 1978 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Dave spent a year of his undergraduate studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 1981. Dave was a Note Editor for the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Upon his graduation from Michigan, he clerked for the late Anthony J. Celebrezze of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Dave has practiced in a wide range of transactional areas, including secured and unsecured financing, partnership, and commercial real estate matters. In addition, he has handled a number of acquisitions and dispositions of businesses.
