Linda S. Schurman
Linda S. Schurman is a 1982 magna cum laude graduate of Middlebury College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received her law degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 1985. Linda has practiced in a wide range of transactional areas, including secured and unsecured financing, loan restructuring and general commercial real estate, and currently specializes in the representation of bank lenders in commercial real estate loan transactions. Linda began her career at Latham & Watkins and was a partner in the Chicago office from 1993 through 2002.
